The operations centre receives the information from the user and begins to fill out the medical record after which the request is channelled to the various medical departments.
The user will be provided with credentials to remotely access the Hospithome platform and consult his form and the progress of his request in real time.
On the day of the consultation, at the appointed time, the doctor will contact the patient.
Immediately after the consultation, all the information exchanged must be entered into the patient’s digital form and a copy of the consultation must be sent to the attending physician.
The coordinator of the operations centre will take care of contacting the patient regarding any follow-up requests, further exams and to set appointments.
